Rainbow Cottage House Blessing

in Community, Family, Gratitude

The weekend was graced with good friends, great food, music, laughter, healing and love.  We are blessed.  And Rainbow Cottage, now vibrating with the warmth of the weekend, is truly home. (It takes the presence of good friends and family to make a house a home . . .)

A few more photos after the jump.

Craig and Bud wait for the party to start.

Dressed in my party duds.

Look at that boy!!

We remember when you were as small as Silas!

Betsy’s new fabulous quilt!

Gotta start those drummers and dancers early!

“Juels and Joe,” said Craig, “Well done!”

Thoughtful, sparkling comments. . .

Wow, looks like a supercool party. I’m glad you have such a great collection of friends Joanna. Love the quilt too!

I was thinking about you all Saturday evening and wishing I could be at your party. Thanks for the pics that help me feel I was! (And I will see the lovely ladies at BATS, yippee!)

What a wonderful way to bless your home!
You look beautiful in your party clothes by the way.

Thanks Cate, Julie, Lunaea and Ellen-Mary. I wish you had all been there too! It was grand. Lunaea, Holly said she is going to do a workshop at BATS on the evolution of the Death card through the centuries, which sounds fabulous to me. She said she’d do it for our Tarot Meetup too, so I won’t miss out, yay!

These pictures are so wonderful! I especially love that top one. Nothing like drumming and fire, oh ho ho. And your party clothes are great!!
(Yes, I’m doing a little surfing now that my class is over… *grin*)
