What a beautiful morning. Bright sunshine, a bit of a breeze, warm but not too warm. I’ve already given Craig a lift to the walk-on ferry and made 3 quarts of green smoothies, with peaches from the peninsula and spinach from the farm up the hill. I’ve whipped up my first batch of gluten-free corn muffins. (And they’re delicious. Yay!!)
I’ll be spending most of the weekend on my deck with colored pencils and iPod at hand. My goal is to finish the Guardian of Air by the time I go to bed Sunday night. Wish me luck!
Guardians, by my definition, are at midlife, are productive and actively involved in their community. They “guard” the issues defined by their suit. I see the qualities of Air as: communication, clarity, making decisions, thought, research, plans, strategy, writing, breath, prayer, meditation and sound. I’m sure there’s more; that’s just off the top of my head. And so here we have the Guardian of Air, aka the Queen of Swords.
