Take a deep breath. It’s time to drink the last of the eggnog, pack up the ornaments, sweep away the Old Year and make room for the New.
I always spend the week between Solstice and New Year’s (the “Time Out of Time” as my friend Waverly Fitzgerald calls it) reflecting on the year gone by with a Life Review. Then I dream about the year to come, and start making plans and setting goals. I wrote a blog post about my process last year that was so popular that, this year, I turned it into a workbook that you can download. I’m giving it away right here. I hope you find it inspirational and useful!
There will be a few more goodies along those lines I’ll be giving away too. It’s my way of introducing you to the first class I’ll be teaching through my new online “school,” Gaian Soul Learning Grove.
