Last year at this time, I launched my contemplative, creative, seasonal e-courses with the Yuletide / Midwinter session. Already the Wheel has come full circle, and a lovely group of folks are gathering once again to practice self-care and nourish their inner lives during the crazy-busy holiday season. Almost half the people who took the Midwinter course last year have signed up to take it again.
The “Gaian Soul Practices for Yuletide / Midwinter” course helps you make room in your busy holiday schedule for personal creative expression, silence, and reflection. We’ll wassail the trees, play a Tarot game for Winter Solstice, keep a “signs of the season” log, respond to journaling prompts, learn some easy art techniques, and enter the time of dreaming between Solstice and New Year’s. You’ll do as many or as few of the activities as you want — you’ll find that “just-right” place to nourish your soul.
The course starts on Sunday December 9th, and goes through Friday January 11th.
